Personality:
Being a Freelancer -- a killer for hire -- is just a job for The Stalk, but that doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy it. She's damn good at it too; she's one of the best Freelancers that can be hired. It helps that The Stalk has little regard for other people besides herself. Personal relationships are secondary to her job. Friends don't bring in money, so if she has to choose between them and her job? Her job wins out. She happens to like living comfortably.
There's not much that she morally wouldn't do unless it puts her own life in danger. She's not cowardly, she's just smart enough to know when she's out of her league.
The Stalk's view on personal relationships is rather loose. She's not incapable of love or having a relationship, since she was together with The Will for some time, but The Stalk's view of sex is that it's not exclusively something to show intimacy, affection, or just plain fun to do. It's that, but it also can be a tool. Monogamy is a concept that doesn't really cross her mind, since in her job she doesn't appear to believe that monogamy is possible. For example, she expresses confusion and exasperation over the accusation of cheating, especially when there were no romantic feelings involved in the affair.
It's unfortunate that her personality doesn't quite match her beautiful appearance. She's crass and abrasive in contrast to it, often insulting directly to both fellow Freelancers and her targets. Her choice of wording is almost always blunt, even when she's trying to sweeten a deal, though she knows well enough when to put a lid on her callousness and take the guise of sweet and polite.
Items on your character at canon point: Pink egg-shaped phone, whip lance, war axe, sawed off shotgun, handgun (laser type), dagger, and a custom utility belt designed to wrap around her thorax.
Abilities, Strengths and Weaknesses:
The Stalk is a Freelancer, and being a freelancer of her caliber, that takes considerable skill. To first understand that, you have to first understand what a Freelancer is in Saga. Primarily, they're hitmen and mercenaries-for-hire, though sometimes they're used for blackmail, heists, or any other dirty work that needs to be done. That would require a Freelancer to have an aptitude for general combat and killing. Each Freelancer typically uses their own style to carry out their contract; The Stalk's own style seems to be deception and brutality.
The Stalk's body is composed of a human-like torso and a spiker-like thorax. Her humanoid part is devoid of arms where they would be on most humans, with only the stumps of shoulders. Her human torso itself isn't exactly hardy-- The Stalk was killed by a single shot to the chest and has shown to be vulnerable to various other cuts and wounds. The only natural weapon she appears to have is a tongue 'barb', which she can deploy to impale targets. Also of note, it's never seen to be used, but her spider thorax has spinnerets, so it's likely they do have some function.
While the human torso contains her heart, the main section of her body appears to be the large spider thorax. Each of her eight segmented legs end in hands (each with five fingers), which makes her reach rather extended. To balance she only needs to stand on two, which leaves six hands to hold and use weapons.
That said, considering her job, she's pretty much a great shot and has the strength behind stabs and slices to cleave a man's head from his shoulders in one swipe of a knife.

[ The Stalk isn't much for video. Sure, Freelancers had all sort of technology available to them if it would help with completing the contract, including vid phones and holo decks and whatever else their contractor can cough up money wise. That just wasn't her style-- a bit old fashioned, so it's all audio. ]
This is The Stalk. If someone could direct me to the nearest long distance terminal, that'd be real fucking fantastic. Some dick stole my ship and I have a few phone calls to make.
If I'm going to be stuck here in the meantime, directions to the best place to get shitfaced on a few credits would be great too.

(This is ganked from the test drive meme, so it was in the setting of the Caves. Edited for more content, though.)
At first she thought the creatures were horrors. It was a very real possibility-- they varied in shapes and sizes. Their teeth could be large enough to pierce her through or they could be so small an infestation of them could crawl inside a man and eat him up from the inside. It dawned on her real quick she must be fucking crazy. Still, it didn't change the fact she was scared out of her mind.
The Stalk fled at the sight of them, tripping over rocks and boulders as she tried to navigate the dark labyrinth of the cave. Her dress tears slightly as she climbs up a high ridge, teetering awkwardly as her many hands gripped the stone, and it scrapes a long cut along her side. She curses, her pale skin dirty, bleeding and scraped. Worst of all: she's unarmed. She'd kill even for a god damn shovel right now. Literally.
The more scared she was, the more pissed off she became.
First thing she was going to do is gut the guy that did this to her, since she wasn't finding this little adventure funny. That Robot blueblood. He probably got his winged fucks to throw her down a ravine. The Stalk remembered him firing and then-- searing pain. She thought for that brief moment she was going to die. That was the last thing she remembered, so it seemed likely enough. He was ready to blame her for the shit the deserters with their gross baby did. She just needed to find her way out and then she'd have his stupid head as a fishbowl.
"Fuck this," she snarls to herself.
She finally drags herself over the ledge, hauling her heavy thorax up, and then glances over it as she takes a larger breath to help catch it. It felt a larger climb than it was. When did a little physical activity become such an impossible task? Probably when the rapid beating of her heart started, spurred by fear and anxiety. Even now it was pounding quickly, and she presses one hand over her chest to try and calm it.
